We accept returns for products within 30 days of purchase. Returned items need to be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear, and include the packaging you received. Returned items must be packaged exactly as received, and in a careful manner. Returns that are damaged may be denied a refund or exchange.
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You are responsible for the returned items and ensuring they are delivered directly to the address provided.
Refunds are issued within 5 business days from receipt of your returned goods. With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for your returned items in the same way you paid for them.
